Spiritual growth is essential to life...eternal life.  No matter where we are in our journey, God is always calling us closer to Him.  This is true across the globe.  God loves each of us and will use whatever method possible to reach our hearts. Sometimes that method is us.  

 

Identify offers Spiritual experiences that focus on the teaching of the Bible. Sometimes this is done through lessons, crafts, and games with children.  Other times, it is through a morning Bible study with local women.  Ultimately, our own belief in Jesus and personal experiences with Him can be our greatest testimony to others, even if we have known Him our entire lives or are just getting acquainted with His wonderful ways.

Our time ministering to the impoverished is not always a serious affair.  Sometimes, it is just necessary to put a smile on, let go of the weight of the world, and embrace the child within!  

 

When you engage in a Spiritually focused trip, we always add in tons of time to run around, jump, dance, and play.  Your time laughing at the table or playing a contagious game of soccer is sometimes the best way to spend your time.  And at the end of the day, when you are exhausted and the children who have been chasing you are too, you will know that your joy made a world of difference! 

Pray

 

Identify understands that nothing happens without God.  His plans for His people are mysterious and curious and our ability to stay close to Him is of utmost importance.  

 

Not only does your team stay close through daily devotions and team prayer, but we also give you plenty of opportunity to pray with and for those we are serving on the foreign field.  Home visits, prayer groups, gatherings of two or more are all a huge part of our time together.  We quickly learn that when being stripped away of most things on a mission trip, the best thing we can do for ourselves and the people we are ministering to, is to depend on His power and His guidance moment by moment.
